REGISTER NOW for our FREE performance of this powerful new play, featuring important names from the International and Local theater actors of the Bollywood stage and screen.
The play is the journey of a Daughter and Mother to succeed in a challenging world. Sunaina wants her daughter Shakti to marry, but Shakti dreams of finishing medical school and becoming a doctor. When Sunaina reveals her secret about what she sacrificed for her daughter's future, Shakti decides to give up on her dreams and marry a wealthy widower.
But when the wealthy widower disfigures and blinds Shakti with acid, Sunaina must decide what else she's willing to sacrifice to give Shakti a new future.
This performance is co-produced by Teatro Calpulli, More Más Marami and Eastbay PlayReaders in a one performance event.
