On March 5th 2022, two soundscapes designed by Mark Thompson immersed those at Veggielution in a world enveloped in the Reid Hillview Airport. The companion stories by Javier Mendoza and Jowy-Jhan Curameng further dive into the present reality and the future ramifications of the lead-based fumes on the East Side San Jose community who live in the airport’s area.
